  1. The controller of your personal data is Tassen Logistics Sp. z o.o.

Your personal data will be processed within the scope you provide through application forms and other means of contact with Tassen Logistics Sp. z o.o. for the purpose of preparing and sending responses to your electronic messages, fulfilling requested services based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract), pursuing potential claims against the user under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests pursued by the controller), and, where additional consent is given, based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, within the scope and for the purposes indicated in the content of such consents.

  3. The recipients of your personal data will be authorized employees of the controller and subcontractors providing administrative and accounting services for the controller.

Fulfilling obligations arising from legal provisions, particularly tax and accounting regulations. c.
